Cucarda (Chinese/Hawaiian Hibiscus)

Creates a botanically correct Cucarda flower (Chinese Hibiscus or Hawaiian Hibiscus). Contains three cutters, the smallest measuring 1½ inches (38 mm) across, the middle measuring 2 inches (50 mm) across and the largest measuring 2½ inches (63 mm) across.
