What is Luster Dust?
Luster Dust is a shiny edible pigment used to decorate baked goods, pastries, and desserts. Luster dust is a fine edible pigment that can be used wet or dry for any occasion.
To create a liquid paint: Simply mix equal parts luster dust with a mixing medium such as lemon or vanilla extract, alcohol, even water. Once you have your mixture to your liking, you can paint onto any surface!
